Files that starts with t_ are templates for libraries that
have similar name with out the 't' prefix. Example is the
ttremit/_balance.html, the template for this library is
ttremit/t_balance.html.

Note that files that starts with t_ will not be displayed
under CM::TM when selecting libraries.
