Footer The default copyright signature at the bottom of the page. Index Page The default index page of your domain ^domain^. Go to CM::FM to set the default index page or manually type above. TOU Page The default Terms of Use page of your domain ^domain^. Go to CM::FM to set the default index page or manually type above. Redirect Method ^selectredirectmethod^ Select which redirect method to use when redirecting the Index Page .

Sign-up and Login Settings

Enable Forced SSL on login
Enable Javascript Encryption on login (works only on Core Modules)

Note

Never touch these unless properly coordinated with the server admin. SSL requires a dedicated IP address for you site, if you don't have one, enabling them by mistake might disable your login and unable to change this setting back.
Do not be alarmed if "Enabled Forced SSL on login" is not enabled. This is for intranet use only.

Allow Unverified Email

Note

After registration, users will be allowed to login even if their email address is not verified. This is NOT recommended as it may allow fake or spam accounts to be created unless other security measures are in place such as requiring Activation Code during registration.

Forced Extended Auth Enter the ID of the groups that will be enforced with Extended Auth upon login. Comma separated, refer to list below. Group List ^grouplistids^

Email Options

Enabling any of these option may degrade security of the system. Use only on test/beta servers but highly discouraged on live/prod servers.

Shared Email - Allows sharing of email address to multiple accounts.

Email Optional - Will no longer check if email is valid.

Miscellaneous Settings

System Email The "From:" field of emails originating from this system.

Report Email The destination email for all reports generated on this server.

To ensure proper delivery of emails, add ^systemmail^ to your address book, trusted sender list or company whitelist.

Who is Online widget In displaying 'who is online', guest users can optionally have their IP displayed. Show IP of guest user.

This is a legacy feature, if you are not running an intranet page, this is likely not for you.

Member Settings

Profile View Settings for Profile View. Display users with 'Default page' profile.

Profile Vote Settings for Profile page vote. Enable voting on member profile pages.

User Management

Activation Button Settings for User Activation Button. Display activation button on User Management.

Birthday Greetings

Enable

If checked, will enable Birthday Greetings.

Office Configuration

Office configuration is for locking out users from using the account outside office hours.

Enable

If checked, will enable Office Configuration.

Office Group ^selectcoreofficegroup^ogc_id^^ The group assigned to office staff. Office Hours The office hours in 24hr format based on server time. Example: 0800-1700 Office Days The days with office separated by comma.

Do not put a user in more than one office group. The office group uses an "AND" condition when checking if a user is in an office group. If a user is in more than one office group, the user can only log in if all groups they are in are within office hours.
