Notes:
• The 'claim' button is used to claim the payment that is currently pending if the buyer failed to mark the item as received after ^holdingperiod^ of holding period.
• The number of days after the 'shipped' status is the number of days that elapsed since the date the item was shipped. If the day indicator is colored green, the item is claimable.
• The 'lift' button is used to remove the 'held' status of the item.
• The 'hold' button can be used to hold the payment from being claimed by the seller in case the item is not yet received and the hold period of ^holdingperiod^ is almost over.
