Modify a field

This form will allow you to modify a field to your clients registration form.

The field name for database identification. Only alphanumeric, no space and special characters. The field title that will display at the form. The description that will be placed below the form input. ^selecttype^

NOTE: If type is 'LOGIN', must change Name field to 'LOGIN' to work properly.

Width if using Text type field (for old themes only, non-bootstrap themes)
Unused by other field types. Maximum allowable characters if using Text type field,
number of lines if Textarea type field,
Unused by other field types.
Check to disable the field.
Check to make the field appear on the registration form.
